Manuscript Types
We accept the following categories of submissions:

Research Articles (4,000–8,000 words): Original theoretical or empirical studies.

Review Articles (up to 8,000 words): Critical syntheses of existing literature.

Case Studies / Practice Reports (3,000–6,000 words): Practice-led insights in innovation management/transformational development.

Visual Essays or Creative Works: With a supporting text (1,000–2,000 words).

Short Communications / Commentary (1,000–2,500 words): Concise reflections or responses.
All word counts include references, notes, and figure/table captions.
